The WonPad is an extremely durable saddle pad made of high quality, shock absorbing felt, heavy duty wear leathers, and scuba grade neoprene. We chose scuba grade neoprene underneath our felt pad to create this distinctive saddle blanket for several reasons. First, it will keep your saddle in place both when your horse is dry or wet, which also keeps you from over-tightening your cinch. Next, neoprene promotes an even sweat which provides overall lubrication between your pad and the horse. This prevents sore spots caused by rubbing and also keeps your horse cooler. In addition, WonPads are vented to allow for and encourage additional cooling. Lastly, it’s super easy to clean – just hose off the sweat from that long summer ride.
